His show used to be hilarious and it wasn't all just about sex and bodily functions. There was really funny social satire going on. I think why many people hate him is because over the years he has lost touch with that and the show has become more and more juvenile. So...I like the old Howard Stern but not the new one all that much.

He can honestly be quite funny, but instead he tries to hard to be 'shocking'.
