Help answer this question below.

Im 18 , got charged with wreckless driving, the officer said because the way i left the gas station and i didnt use my turn signal...he put down on my ticket that my truck year was 07 but its 05..should i fight it or take defensive driving class?

Don't waste your time trying to fight it. In the end you were the one that commited the crime not the truck so you wont get out of it just because of the year of the vehicle being noted wrong :)

- but i have heard of a couple cases that people have wrote the judge explaining the error on the ticket and the judge dropped the ticket?
