Sweeney todd is a fictional character no place in London exists

He's not PROVEN to be a "Fictional Character" just as Jack the Ripper had not been proven to be fictional. They believe that a barber had once set up a barber shop on fleet street, who did kill people with razors and disposed of them. He had a shop next to St Dunstans church.
