The best way to get rid of the dark circles under eyes is to remove the causative factor, that is check your diet, sleep and any other underlying disease. if you correct them you are most likely to get rid of these un wanted circles. A very popular and easy remedy is to put a chilled stainless steal on your closed eyes for some time. It works for most people if the circles are due to tiredness or improper sleep. you have to go to a dermatologist.otherwise try sleeping with two pillows under your head.
Unless it is pigmentation in the area, then it is pooling of blood in the thin skin under the eyes. One can have those tiny veins zapped with a laser.
unfortunately, i am not aware of any products at the moment which reduce dark circles. i do however, have a few tips and tricks which can help this problem;
Sleeping on your back at night;
more sleep generally;
cucumber, teabags, or ice cubes over the eye area for a while;
(dont forget that dark circles are genetic..i have them too)

Try the old remedy of thin slices of cucmber gently placed over closed eyes for ten mins,.....refreshing and rehydrating.

You're reading Does anyone know of an effective product that helps to reduce dark circles under the eyes? I know there are lots of them out there but which ones really work? I also know you can cover up the dark circles but it would be nice if they weren't there at all!
