The best way to get rid of the dark circles under eyes is to remove the causative factor, that is check your diet, sleep and any other underlying disease. if you correct them you are most likely to get rid of these un wanted circles. Unless it is pigmentation in the area, then it is pooling of blood in the thin skin under the eyes. One can have those tiny veins zapped with a laser.

unfortunately, i am not aware of any products at the moment which reduce dark circles. i do however, have a few tips and tricks which can help this problem;

Sleeping on your back at night;
more sleep generally;
cucumber, teabags, or ice cubes over the eye area for a while;

(dont forget that dark circles are genetic..i have them too)
