Don't get me started on that man. It isn't enough that I find him shifting through my trash at 3 in the morning but when I call him on it the next day, he denies it. He was wearing my old Blue Jean jacket when I was talking to him for pete's sake. Like he had a Motley Crue Patch and a cigarette burn on the elbow... I don't think so. I mean, I know it is "public domain" once it hits the curb but he should have asked first or at least own up to it. He has got to be the worst neighbor, with the exception of Adam West. I swear, if I catch him up in my trees one more time....I need to move.
