I think it depends on the face (shape of face). I've known many women who can't pull off short hair, and others who can't pull off long.

Depends on the shape of the face. A girl with a long skinny face would not look good with long hair..Also, older women should only have long hair, if it is always kept off their face and up. Just my opinion, of course.

Not a big fan of the real short hair, i'd say shoulder length'd be preety fine =)
