How can you find out what you've typed in on your adress bar and when? (where you've gone on the internet) also, how can you delete it

I shall assume that you're using Internet Explorer. You can delete your address bar history by going to [Tools] then [Internet Options] then [Delete] if you're using IE7 or [Delete History] and [Delete Files] on IE6.

If you click on the downward arrow at the end of your address bar it will tell you what sites you typed in. To know all of the web pages you have visited whether by hyperlink or address bar and when you visited them click on View -> Explorer bar -> history. Or do control H while in internet explorer.
