Is a "double bounce" serve on the receiver side considered a point for the server or for the receiver?

    Obviously the double bounce on the receiver end is a point to the server. Because the rule is that both the players has to take or hit the ball immediately after the first pitch of the ball on the table, so it serves the answer to this question am i right?
