  • You should probably go see a dentist. You may have some kind of tooth or gum infection.
  • You must have an infection in your front teeth. Weren't you on antibiotics for your teeth?  maybe you need a stronger one.
  • It sounds like sinus pressure - yes - you feel it in your teeth. Take a decongestant, stay hydrated. If you are an allergy sufferer, look into a prescription for Allegra, Claratin or the like. Be patient and wait it out. If the pain persists, worsens or is accompanied with bleeding from the gums etc - see a dentist. Could be an infection in your gums (far less likely than sinuses).
