I got my tounge peirced 4 days ago its still swollen and really sore is it infected or is this normal?

swelling usually stops around 2-5 days after you get it pierced. it takes about 3 weeks for a tongue piercing to heal. make sure you're not using mouthwash or other antiseptics.

i was told to use mouthwash,and it has healed mine very well,matter of fact it is the only thing that has healed mine,but it has to be the brown kind of listerine none of the colored stuff

Yes thats quite normal. I had mine done several years ago and mine went black for a day or two...
