What do you mean you can't click? Mouse broken? Greyed out? No images to select?
Btw, try to keep your questions on this subject limited to the one and work to solve it from there. The Moderators here may look at this question as a duplicate of the one you asked earlier ( it IS similar) and delete it with any answer you get. That won't help you very much, will it?

Dell PC works fine until I insert USB plug into port. screen goes black and gives errors. Hold in the power button start up runs perfect.

i have a dell inspirion 530s and it is in sleep mode and will not wake up! it isnt beeping or anything. the mouse or keyboard arent working!
