I am a soccer coach with a National B license. I always tell my guys to do 100 soccer kicks a day. Every other day increase the distance from the goal by a half foot. This increases leg strength. Also I tell them to run! I find it amazing that even young guys lose their endurance after only a short break. Run the length of your field several times and increase the number of reps until you can easily sprint the length without being winded. Lastly, work on skills for the position that you play. Different skills are needed for each position so work on the ones that you use the most. Good luck!
