Help answer this question below.

My computer is old-ish, it's back from 2002, it's horrible, it dosen't have much memory, the taskbar, and icons never show up anymore, and there's no way to make them appear, and now the colors are all screwed(not the monitor) should i get a new comp?

    Back-up all your documents, pictures, music, etc and then format the disk and re-install the operating system.
