  • Either the fan belt is busted, or the fan motor is burned out, or your thermostat is screwed up. That's just off the top of my head, it could be something else altogether.
  • First look under the hood on the right side you have a fuse box.It is all for you Fan make sure none of them are blowed.
  • Funny I have a 2003 Mazda Protege and had the same problem this weekend. Mine was the result of a sensor breaking that was supposed to tell the fan to run.
