Should road rage have legal repurcussions before someone gets killed or has an accident?

    Not to sound cynical, but this is kind of like proposing that murder should be outlawed to prevent people from being killed.

    Once somebody gets filled with with road rage, they typically aren't thinking rationally, and act out before the police can respond.

    Road rage would be hard to prove .. usually it is in the heat of the moment when their anger gets out of control..
    Not planned or predicted.

    Wish there were ways to tell but then the profiling would be unfair, biased and gads.. nah.. it is what it is and we just have to be on guard to those who seem aggressive and not let ourselves get worked up with them and become their target.
