What kinds of cases are heard in the higher courts in Great Britain, and what kinds in the lower courts? Is one civil and one criminal?

    Calais

    Lower courts normally deal with things such as divorces that have gone wrong and someone wants more money than there allowed etc. Higher courts normally deal with criminal offences such as murder, hit and run etc.
