  • oh definately. Use to be "customer safisfaction guaranteed".. now , it's "who cares if they are happy or not".. now I worked in public for a long time and you cannot make everyone happy but anymore it seems that they don't try to. For instance, I had a phone with AT & T.. they messed up my bill BIG TIME. Every time I called customer service I got a different person who told me something different.. I finally sent a certified letter to their billing dept over a month ago, explaining to them STEP BY STEP what they did to mess up my bill and asked them to fix it.. yesterday I got a letter that since I refused to pay I had been turned over to a collection agency. I then called customer service back who REFUSED to let me talk to a supervisor and after a hour on the phone STILL told me I was wrong and STILL has not fixed my bill.. 4 MONTHS later They owe me money but they say I owe them $80 with fees added on every month.. Nobody cares about customer satisfaction anymore.
