I'm currently starting my sm-business selling motor scooters in Texas and would like to fine a mentor who could help showing me the ropes in filling the right documentations/registrations any one's help would surely be appreciated.

    Check with your local Chamber of Commerce - many of them do have mentoring programs or networking opportunities specifically for new business owners.
