Thats rubbish dude, just get 14 of your friends to file a complaint that your tag is offensive to them and you will be asked to change it fo free, otherwise it costs you 800 microsoft points through xbox live marketplace. if you want to send me your gamertag and i'll get 14 of my friends to do it for you so it costs you nothing?

I've just answered this but it don't look like its registered so here you are again. YES! you can, get 14 people off your friends list to complain that your tag is offensive and xbox will ask you to change it for free, otherwise just pay 800 ms points at xbox live market place, go into your gamer profile and take it from there in the menu.
