Andre Benjamin (Andre 3000) was seen at both the Democratic and the Republican National Conventions in 2004, where he was filming scenes for an HBO documentary he is making as part of his committment to registering people to vote this year, according to an AP story. He interviewed the daughters of both parties' candidates. He claims that his film will be non-partisan.
