I just finished hand feeding a kitten from just hours old, 2 weeks is very young, at the very least the baby should be to weaning is 6 weeks old, mine nursed into 9 weeks old. Starting to mix in jarred meat gerber baby foods with your formula at about 4 weeks old, mixed very thin. Even though this kitten appears to go in a litter box, it is very important you continue to stimulate him to go potty. Kittens can get constipated very easy and if left will go septic withing 72 hours. Don't push this kitten, take your time and left him be a baby for as long as he can. I do suggest you give him a small stuffed animal to cuddle with in the box your keeping him in.

Kittens start to eat real food at about 3-4 weeks of age and can been fully weaned at about 6-8 weeks, depending on how well it's doing and how fast you want to quit. Here's a great website all about handfeeding kittens: http://kittenrescue.org/meow/handbook.htm
