How would I drain the coolant from a 1998 ford ranger?

look at the bottom of the radiator for a small petcock drain.turn it counterclockwise,then loosen or remove the radiator cap.some vehicles are not equipped w/ a drain,in that case remove the lower radiator hose, and allow the fluid to drain
