Had the same problem! Has to to with the fact you pushed too hard on the pedals when practicing. I tryed many times to screw them in, but in the end I had to use a hammer.
The problem is that the screwing-line (the thing on the pedal that is all twirled) is busted and it wont stick in. If it's too busted, you will have to change the shaft.

How do i keep my bike (in my case my unicycle) pedals from coming loose, there the same as a normal bike pedal but they keep coming loose. any ideas?

If broken, buy new & use "Locktite" thread locker "Red" applied in hole & on threads. John
