• The only two members of the MASH staff who were Captains were Pierce and Hunnicut, and Hunnicut is the correct spelling. Are you somehow looking for an episode where Pierce is being introduced along with someone who is not a member of the MASH crew...? Nothing else would make sense, unless you've somehow got your ranks confused.

• you're logic is correct, but this was MASH, after all...the actual quote, in 2 different episodes, was Colonel Potter introducing the pair, saying, "These are Captains Pierce," and Hawkeye, ever the wiseass, interrupting to complete it, "...and these are Captains Honeycutt."
  
  One of my alltime favorite lines from the show, along with Margaret Houlihan's "I'm not so think as you drunk I am!" - lol...
