My 30 Year old nephew got both the Wii and Guitar Hero recently. We had a family get together last weekend for a BBQ and afterward everyone wanted to try out the Wii. They played teams for Wii bowling, Wii golf, and Wii Baseball. It seemed pretty good if you've got someone to play against. I'm not too sure how much you'd use it if you were by yourself though, to be honest. Once everyone had had their fill of Wii, though, they started playing Guitar Hero. My nephews wife had mentioned that he plays with it constantly when he gets home from work every night. While we were there, he showed it to my other nephew who is 29. The two of them kept at it for about the next 4 hours. I watched them for a while, and apparently it's pretty addicting. Somebody mentioned "cheat codes" to unlock more songs than were showing, and being a computer guy, I went on his computer and printed out one that was supposed to be a "master" code. Sure enough, it made a bunch of other songs available, and that was all they needed to go for a couple more hours. They would have kept playing too, if we hadn't made them stop so we could all play something together at that point, and we ended up playing trivial pursuit.

Yeah but don't cheat! If you use it, it will work for you.

It's a way to make exercise fun. If you don't like exercise, you really won't like it.

What IS that? I see that "wii" a lot here of late, but I have no idea what it is. Can someone explain? : )
