  • The average bra size in the UK is a 36C. Therefore, I don't think they really see much reason to stock a 32C. Stocking a 32C would probably make the store less money than stocking the same space with larger, more sought after sizes. Most department stores will sell a 32C, as will specialist underwear shops; it's just the average run of the mill store won't. If you thought trying to find a 32C was difficult, try trying to find a 30D!
  • It seems to me that we (32C's) receive a constant message from the manufacturers and retailers: gain weight. (specifically in the form of back fat) I think it's because they want to make all women the same in order to reduce the amount of machination that goes on in their production lines. 32C's are one-offs, societal cast-offs, and capitalism deviants. Why can't we be just like everyone else? Why can't we shut up and stop insisting on wearing something that fits, and instead just shop at Victoria's Secret? (Victoria's "secret", by the way, is that she force-feeds 34's and 36's onto all girths of back fat, and lets her customers deal with the issues that ensue from such misfittings) If a 32C is not flush with cash, she is screwed. One must be well above the poverty level, or really good at budgeting, to afford 32C's because Sears, JCPenney, and other discount stores wouldn't know a 32C bra from a pot of gold. We 32C's either have to go upscale or up a band size. Those who go up a band size must then put up with co-workers asking why the band rides up at shoulder level, and shouldn't it be farther down their back? A smart politician would make "Support the 32C's" their campaign platform. I'd vote for that politician, and so should the rest of us down-trodden, rejected, overlooked, societal cast-offs. We need a catchy slogan to make us come together, like "32C's Must Come Together: and it won't happen with a 34."
  • Hallelujah! I thought I was the only one with this problem. I have been wearing ill-fitting bras for years, and I never could figure out why my breasts never looked quite right (either they were sagging or popping out of every bra I tried). Then, just recently, I hit the jackpot- I found TWO Maidenform underwires in size 32C on the clearance rack at Kohl's. Since then, I can't believe how much better my clothes fit and how much nicer my boobs look. And I've been in turmoil ever since knowing that I will never find that size for that price again- and I just can't go back to sag city- not now that I've experience a bra that fits right. I guess we're just screwed!
  • I wish I had this problem. I'm freakin' 28C, that exists NO WHERE. Let me guess, they probably class it as an 'unrealistic' size.
  • boo hoo im a 34a, but i have what i have and nothing i can do about it
  • 32Cs aren't too common. There aren't many people with a small ribcage in the first place, unless they have small breasts. I have this problem but much, much worse. I wear a size 32E. When I was 15, I couldn't buy any more bras because even the specialty lingerie store stopped carrying anything above a D in 32. Currently, I'm stuffing myself in a 32DD (Before the store discontinued it) and it looks like two muffins. I have to get custom made bras but I can't afford it!
  • Try being a 34AA. I'm either stuck in the little girl's section or having to spend a fourtune for a Victoria's Secret Apex in a 32A. And almost all loungerie that has cups is a B cup so I'm screwed there too.
  • I am thinking this is another fine example of "way too much information." <blush and chuckle>. I suppose it has something to do with the law of supply and demand. But I understand because I wear a size 14 shoe.
  • I believe it is supply and demand. I need a 30C or even a 28C. These can be found on Ebay or in Europe. I have a problem paying $75.00 and more for a bra. You can find plenty of 34B or 36D or other sizes for women that are bigger. Petite women must pay so much more for clothes that fit. NOT FAIR.... They charge more for petite clothes and undergarments because they know we can't find anything else. All I have to say is grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr... braless in NH....
  • Check out a shop on ebay. I think its called the small bulk shop CN. I also wear a 32C and I could find none. It must be more popular in China though because this lady has a ton, and they are like 8.99 a pop with matching underwear!!!! Its a great deal. Hope that helps!
  • Try finding a 28C! I guess us little people that actually have breasts are just SOL...
  • Same reason why there are so few 36DDs. They assume cup sizes based on what's average. And the average, unfortunately, is 36-38 B or 38-40 C. But I'm guessing there would be even fewer 32 Cs. This is because most girls who are 32s are in As, AAs, and trainer bras.
  • Try a 34DD i cant find hardly anything to fit and not only in bras but in shirts that have the little boob part shaped it does not fit its a pain! im only 23 and have to dress like im much "older" or very "sluty"..so i just stick to jeans and a tee...i would rather dress "older" then "sluty"..but yeah im finish chasing rabbits....the bra size thing sucks..and i feel your pain
  • because its not a very common size!
  • Girl get off your perky boobs already just playing how come they don't have 44-46DD IN STOCK
  • as above ladies have commented, 28C is literally impossible to find, the closet match i can get is la senza who do a few 30C bras. so unfair! x
  • They do, but that is the most popular size. Sorta like looking for a size 6 or 6 1/2 shoe.
  • you all need to go to bare necessities online site. it's my saviour. they carry practically every size from 30aa to 58c and prices for every budget. i go there to buy all my bras
  • I have had the same problem. But Victoria's Secret(whose real secret, by the way, is that the creator of the company is a man) is on our side!! They have the widest variety of 32C's that I've ever seen. But I have yet to find a 32C that doesn't push up. I prefer full coverage and that is hard to find.
  • It's the 32...it's a small band size. Being 28 inches around the rib cage (which translates to the 32 band) is small, and let's face it, most women are not getting 'smaller' these days. It doesn't matter what cup...beyond a 32A, you will have a hard time finding a 32. Period. Try finding a 32D-DD...that's damn near impossible. They assume if you are a D or DD that you are also large around the ribs :(
  • What's a 32C in Australia? I'm a 10E/F and i can't get bras anywhere, it drives me nuts!
  • It probably is because women's breasts seem to be larger nowadays. They are going up just like everything else.
  • THANK YOU! I have looked far and wide to find a size 32c bra and I went to JC Penny yesterday and all I could in that size was one of those old lady boxed bras! I have tried going up and down sizes, nothing works. And forget about 34's! They don't work- it has to be 32! Ugghh when will this problem be solved??
  • i went to victorias secret and they didn't have any 32cs...??
  • My ex was that size and you wouldn't believe the number of times I shopped with her and couldn't find the right size. It dragged me down so much.
  • My daughter was told because that is an ABSOLUTE perfect bra size and there are not that many girls out there with perfect measurements
  • www.figleaves.com ladies. Here you will find all that you will ever need.
  • Hey ladies, ladies! I have some revolutionary information for you all! I have been wearing 32C for years ( now I am starting to buy 32D, yikes) and I used to only be able to find them at super-expensive department store lingerie sections. I started wearing a 34B when my breasts were fully developed because back then 32C just didn't exist! I got a job at Barney's in 2002 & began buying La Perla in 32C, because that was literally the only brand I could find that made 32C. I knew I couldn't go back to wearing the wrong size when I moved away & left Barney's & I also knew I couldn't afford La Perla without my discount anymore. I stocked up before I left, but soon it came time to buy more bras. Bras expire. So I began to return to VS & other common retailers looking for my size, lo & behold, the Pink line at VS had 32C! Since women began to find this out & buy them all up, VS soon became pillaged of all the 32Cs. My search continued. I recently found a website called bareneccessities.com. You can shop there by bra size & they have mid-priced & ludicrous-priced bras. Sorry to those of you looking for 20 dollar bras, you won't find them there. But you will find some great bras for maybe 30 bucks & up, all the way to about 300. While most won't go for the latter, you can find your 32Cs there no problem, just be willing to pay 30-50 bucks. Another great place for this great size? Ebay! Good luck 32C sisters!
  • I can't gain back fat to save my life!!! I've been trying for years. I'm a 32C and unless I spend 50$ on some crappy lingerie bra (than one that actually does something for me) at Victoria's Secret...I have to squeeze into a 32B when I shop anywhere else. I can't even get away with wearing a 34...it's just too big. I just finally found a website that sells 32 bras. But I'm so upset at the fact that to get a bra that fits (hopefully) I have to shop ONLINE!!! I'm sick of society telling me that I'm too skinny just because celebrities have to lose weight to feel good about themselves. I've always been very petite and tiny (I'm only 5'3 and a size 0!!) why should I have to conform to society because they think being overweight is slightly better than taking the time to make a 32 band sized bra. My mom is overweight and she has an easier time find 40DD bras than I do of finding 32 anything!!! I wish society would stop being so prejudice against tiny people!!!
