Yes, you have the right to 30 days notice (in some states it is 60 days if you have lived at the residence for more than a year). You have a month-to-month tenancy by operation of law. And FYI: whether or not you receive mail at the address is irrelevant. Anyone can have mail sent to them at any address. Also, it is NOT tax fraud if the "male" has supported your child. The fact that he gave her shelter basically takes care of that.
