I have a really bad sore throat with body ache, chills and my temp is 101. My medical insurance don't go into affect until August. Can anyone advise me on what I can do .

lots of water, lots, and lots. Also some green tea with ginger(not powdered), echinacea, and chamomile flowers. It's my all cure remedy. The ginger warms you, clears up mucus, and helps make you feel better. Echinacea helps boost immunity, and chamomile helps you sleep. becareful with the ginger, too much can cause lung irritation.

Well, i just got over what your going through and i didnt go to the doctor either.... I just got lots rest and drank lots of water. I didn't have a high temp. so im not quite sure what else to tell ya, i wish i could help more... hope you get better :)
