Have you ever made a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and if you did was the result in your favor?

    yes and unfortunately, it wasn't in my favor. this moving company had 13 reports in about 5 weeks on them and they didn't care about customer satisfaction. I lost a lot of money from them and they lost their standing on BBB.

    Good question. I was just about to ask the same thing.
    To answer your question: YES and NO!
    I complained to them about some work that was incorrectly done on my car. The shop was a small one and didn't even belong to the BBB, and the BBB never even heard of them before. It's a long story, but the job never got done right and now the BBB has this company on file with NO PROBLEMS and NO COMPLAINTS for the last 3 years!? WTF?
