Help answer this question below.

My dog is on day 60 of her pregnancy. I am wondering how many days/hours it is normal to have her stop eating. She has eaten very little for 2 days. I always thought she would stop eating no more than 24 hours. Can't get a hold of my vet.

    I'm not too familiar with Animals and pregnancy. But, I did find something. Hope this helps. Hopefully a vet will be open this weekend. I know with the holiday it's hard to find someone.

    usually when a dog is close to having puppies (2 days or so in advance) they will stop eating and drinking. Is she urinating and stooling normal? Does she act ill? Usually the morning sickness is between 3-4 weeks. If she is acting sick see a vet, but only if she acts ill. It could, possibly, be an infection. Good luck!
