I have a Motorola Razr v3i. In the message display, I can see the message and the sender's name, but not the sender's phone number. How do I set it to display the phone number?

Myself, I have a Motorola Razr v3, if the sender's phone number with the name is already stored on my phone, it would show the message and the sender's name. If the sender's is not on my stored callers list, it would show only the sender's phone number. On the phone menu, Phonebook, there is a seeting to show or hide the caller ID, if the sender chooses to hide his/her ID, you receive the sender's name but not the number and this controlled by the Service Provider Network. I tried to have both information of the sender with the sent message but I have no luck til now.
