I own a 2002 chevy z71 with a 5.3 engine in it. I am having problems with the engine and have a feeling that it is about to go bad at anytime. I am looking for replacement 5.3 engine. used with low miles or new crate where can i find them?

My preference is Jasper. they dont just rebuild the engine they remanufacture it. if there is a common problem with an item they have a way to fix it and the engine or transmission you get from them is more reliable and better operating than the original. www.jasperengines.com

You may want to check your local salvage yard. A lot of times the have low milage engines from a totaled out vehicle that u can pick up pretty cheap. Good luck!
