I think I see where you are going with this and it brings to mind a conversation with Tom Hanks in the movie "Big" Are racecar drivers athletes? Racing is considered a sport. I would have to say that Tiger is an athlete and if he wanted to hang out, I might drive the cart around.

You're reading Osi Umneior well you know the African DE for the Giants said Tiger Woods really isn't an athlete. As a Basketball player I agree im 17 and more athletic does anyone believe Tiger is really Athletic?

Yes, he is in fine physical shape. However, keep in mind that these honors are intended to bring in money as well, so popularity is an important factor.
