The connector at the back has probably snapped off inside. The PS2 will need to be dismantled and the connector re-soldered, unless you are good at soldering or know someone who is your screwed cos most shops will just tell you to buy a new PS2. you may be able to find a PC shop that offers power socket repair for laptops, they will be you're best bet as is is essentially the same problem and for someone who is used to taking apart laptops a PS2 is easy. It is quite simple to fix it just depends how brave you are when it comes to dismantling things and how good at DIY you are. one point I will make is DONT plug it in while its dismantled unless you would like to be electrocuted. re-solder the wonky socket put it back together then test it. This is a very common problem for electronics, especially laptops and consoles. its usually caused by someone tripping over the wire and sending it flying.
