I cheer for the Athletes that I know it does not matter which country they are from.

Well, they've shut most of the factories down that are several hundred miles around the city since May!! lol!!! They've restricted the amount of cars driving around. And of course there's that giant forest twice the size of Central Park next to the stadiums to improve air quality LOL!!! That $43 billion went somewhere:-)
