There is no "religious age of consent". It is pretty much up to the parents until the child is 18.

It depends on the religion. In Judeo-Christian Myth one must be married before you can have sex with your partner. Therefore, at what age is marriage appropriate?
2) There is no law on this, nor is there a social custom. It varies according to individual parent/child relationship.
