  • I guess my only answer would be anything that says it is "low-fat" even though it is low-fat, there is still fat in it. Stick with the leafy greens and poultry. Carbs are ok, it just depends if you are trying to lose weight, or lose fat, there is sometimes a difference.
  • Anything with alot of salt, that can ruin again.
