WOW, good point! Sure seems that way

Life is absolutely precious. Pro-Lifers have been directed by the media to the abortion issue and the media has forgotten that having a good and healthy life is also a Pro-Life issue thus a strict vegetarian diet is pro-life. Unfortunately they protect labs and others who sell products that make people very sick, pro-life should also be against drugs and booze. People eat just about anything as information is kept away from the public. Do you know that Paprika and coffee are poison? Do you know that scientist have found a direct link between the obese epidemic in the USA and certain foods which don't seem to be fattening? Check this link: http://alternateturquoise.blogspot.com. Regards.

Vegetables are alive too, at some point. They grow.

Maaaaaaaaan, I just went on this awesomely thought out tirade and then my browser crashed and I lost it. It was so good, too. Anyways, yea that would make sense if they were all vegans. 'Cause I mean, let's face it, killing a living animal versus aborting a fetus - if you think life is precious then the animal is worth way more points. But, that would imply that pro-lifers hate abortion because they think life is precious, and not because they're told to hate abortion. My other response was so much better, shit.

Yeah, they just chomp on those poor veggies... and the fruit! oh my! On, nevermind, I see what youre saying... no comment, Hi Sara!

I'm a (strict) vegan but I'm pro-choice.Pro-choice means that the choice is there but not always chosen though.I believe that an abortion should be a choice because there are times and situations that an abortion would be the best answer.I myself won't ever get an abortion but I would respect someone who would.

To be truly pro life one would have to give up eating as everything we eat was once alive. Of course, then we would be killing ourselves so which ever way you look at it a pro lifer is also a killer or eats the product of someone who killed.

Yes, but many pro-lifers (at least the most outspoken ones) are also pro-war, support the death penalty, and/or do not extend such regard for life to those who have already been born. Does that make sense either?
-
i think it's more all human life that they're concerned about seeing is that many pro lifers are religious and animals have no souls whereas humans do. just a thought
-
Pro-lifers are often religious extremists. Religious extremists tend to think very little about ethics when it comes to animals. As you say, quite the contradiction when you think about it.
