I was in for a busted nose and ended up getting my deviated septum fixed as well was my most recent experience. getting the stuffing pulled out of my nose by the doctor was the worst part. He put it in my sinuses during surgery. after surgery he had to take it out. He just backed me into a corner in his office, and shoved a cold pair of tweezer grabbers up my nose and pulled out a mile of cloth tape. Then he did it again on the other side. He said my nose was busted before. So he fixed it in surgery. He told me before surgery while he had me on the table, before he knocked me out, he said he would wake my up to ask me how i was doing, but I wouldnt remember it. So I concentrated on remembering, and he woke my up and asked, and i mumbled i was doing okay. I had a mess of tubes in my mouth. Then he said to the attendent, "Tap, tap." and i felt the hammer hit the chisle on my skull. Then I was gone. He said no one is supposed to hear that tap tap command.

Surgery is not a tolerable pain, whilst in surgery and conscious u must know if it is good for you or not(knowing your body clock) as the procedure is in progress there is nothing you can do about it apart from making your self as comfortable as possible ( survival) "If it realy good for you then it is good"
