  • well, your body will tell you if you are stressed, otherwise just take a good hard look at your life and see if it is too hectic. if you have to work on a hard timeline, get less than 8 hours of sleep every night, don't sleep well, have all sorts of other things to do etc, then you are in danger of stress. i like to take some personal time every day to not think about anything at all. i go for walks by myself to clear my head, and sometimes i go to a spa to get pampered. it also helps for me to spar with someone to work out some aggression.
  • if you cant concentrate. if you cant relax. if you just want to run away. if you feel like quitting your job. if you cant sleep. you can destress by calling in sick and spending some time away from your responsibilities. or taking a vacation to a health spa and sit in hot water for awhile. or meditate...thats what i do. twenty minutes of meditation destresses me pretty good.
  • Personally, I'm not one that gets stressed, however, I know taking deep breaths works!
