    There are no known contraindications for creatine supplementation, however I do not believe those under 15 should do so - many creatine supplements also contain stimulants which can interfere with endocrine development and are tolerated less by the young.

    I am not sure but I am sure of the fact that you should consult with your doctor prior to taking it. The dose you take, depends on weight, height etc.
