On average how long after the mucus plug starts to break will a puppy arrive?

When a female dog is about to have her puppies she will want you to be right there with her to comfort her. When the plug breaks it all depends on how comfortable the dog is. If she is having contractions then they are sure to be on the way soon. When my dog had her puppies it took her about six hours to have seven puppies. It can take a great amount of time before she has them or it will be right away. You just have to be patient.
