  • I've never heard the term before (it might be a good one for the AB glossary project). I guess just DRs that are given out of spite.
  • In my opinion it's negative ratings unless someone disrespects you, there's no need for it just because you disagree
  • It is when you DR someone repeatedly in a short period of time or regularly when you don't normally do that sort of thing. The staff has the ability to see exactly who is downrating other people and the frequency of them. It is a very common reason to get placed in the Penalty Box as most people don't realize how easy it is to catch them at it. You can also end up in the PB for uprating someone regularly over other people. That's happened a few times, not as common.
  • They tend to be given by the Republican shills & tools wondering around upset at the least little suggestion that they are part of a corrupt party led by an idiot and shill.
  • 1. When you downrate a certain user simply because you hate him or her. 2. When you visit the profile of a user you've just had an argument with, and start downrating their stuff. 3. When you downrate answers that don't reflect your own opinion. It's your own little way of telling people anonymously that "you're wrong, I'm right."
