No. If it were a reality, there would be no poverty, or hunger, or homeless... If the needs of the few were truly outweighed by the many, 5% of the people would not have 95% of the money. Note: this answer is given under the assumption that the inclusion of the word "really" implies the question is asking if the premise is a reality, not if it is a truth.
