What 'special code' are you looking for?
If your phone is asking for a PUK code, stop trying to enter it in (once you make 10 failed attempts, your SIM card is permanently disabled and you'll have to get a new one) and call Customer Service. They will be able to provide it to you.
If you need a subsidy unlock code, you won't have much luck getting one unless your contract is up.

I'm not sure about that myself. Why don't you try and ring the "motorola" company, they may be able to tell you or at least advice you on how to go about it. :)
My phone stopped making sounds when i try to call people, and my music on my phone stopped playing. Is something wrong with the speakers?
