WOW Neither, how often are we supposed to shower or bathe? LOL
-
Definately a shower. And you would too if you saw how wide my butt is and how narrow my tub is! Actually, I have fibromyalgia and neuropathy which makes it very hard for me to get up and down in a tub, so despite the fact I'm still fat, showers make my life alot easier.
-
To get clean, I prefer a shower. There are times, though, that a hot soak in the tub is just what I need for my stiff, aching back muscles. (You'll find this out when you get older).
-
Baths. I do shower but I find that if I shower, its really difficult to avoid getting my hair wet (I have rather a lot of it) so I have to wash my hair whilst I'm in there, which is a bit of a mammoth task. I also think you can't beat a nice long hot super-bubbly scented bath with a novel in one hand and a glass of wine in the other. Sheer bliss.
-
I prefer showers because the dirt just washes away in real time. Also, the pulsating water does wonders for the body's muscles.
-
A bathtub bath leaves ring around my collar. soap scum is abundant and i do not feel that clean. A shower gets 4 stars!..i can just watch the dirt and grime melt away from my body and down the drain it goes. Now, i feel squeaky-clean.
-
deffinately showers- I mean, you can sing in the shower, but singing in bath doesn,t have the same effect!
-
Most of the time it would be showers. Less water, less time, and don't have to be stuck in dirty water. However, that said.... every once in a while, I do enjoy a nice soothing hot bath with bubbles and candles. I still don't think I'd do it if I was so grimy that the bath water would become really dirty. I'd go back to showers for that one.
-
Showers. Definately. Less time wasted. I don't really care to sit in sweaty body soup

-
Usually showers...long hot showers :-) But once a week or so, I'll take a long hot bath, then take a quick shower to rinse off.
-
We have a jacuzzi and a shower. I do enjoy the occasional bath but I find the pulsating shower head comes in useful for more than just washing! Shower beats bath hands down.
-
I prefer to shower to get clean..then fill the bath with hot water and while I am relaxing turn on the shower...it is amazing
-
I have to jump on the shower bandwagon, too. I've just never cared much for baths for the "stewing in my own juices" reason cited by others. Since I was a kid, I've taken only one bath. I moved into an apartment with a jacuzzi tub so I felt obligated to try it. I didn't find it relaxing at all. I consider personal hygiene to be more of a precision tactical situation. Get in, execute the operation as quickly as possible, and get out. My boyfriend, on the other hand, soaks for so long in the tub that the cats and I are dancing in the hallway with our legs crossed. This hasn't been as much of a problem since we moved the litterbox out of the bathroom.
-
I prefer baths. If I soak a long time in water, I don't get smelly, but if I shower, I get smelly quickly, especially my feet. I also enjoy relaxing in the water, putting essential oils in the bath etc.
-
showers
-
I never have time for baths, quick 5 mintue shower will do it for me. if i have time ill take a bath.
-
i prefer a long soak with lots of bubbles, though some may argue a shower is cleaner as your not sitting in your own dirty water, but this is not the case if you bath daily
-
I like my daily showers, mostly because I'm too tall to feel comfortable in a bath.
-
I get tired of looking at my feet. A shower for me.
-
a long hot shower, unless my back is hurting, then it's a long hot bath.
-
I love having a shower, because the water is constant and clean, a bath just soaks you in your own dirt, but having said that i find a bath more relaxing.
-
shower
-
i'm too tall for most baths so im stuck with showers lol, i love showers tho
-
Showers. twice daily for about 20 mins to half hour haha soooo good
-
bath for relaxing mostly but love showers when its summer and you can have a cold shower lol
-
Shower. If you bathe in a tub you get up with a soapy residue and a thin film of the same dirt and dead skin you just tried to wash off. i refer to baths and hot tubs as "vats of Skin Soup".
-
Showers, baths are to annoying to kept the perfect temperature.
-
I find baths much more refreshing than baths.
-
Duplicate: http://www.answerbag.com/q_view/82835 A bath is more relaxing, a shower is refreshing... if I had to choose, I would pick a shower.
-
Long hot bath.
-
I always have showers, right after I get up. At times I feel as if it is a burdenous task, but I do feel better after getting all the oil out of my hair and washing my face with soap.
-
A shower-I have one every morning, and a bath probably once a month or something..
-
I prefer to shower. It's easier and it cleans better.
-
I can't take baths the thaught scares me it's like soaking in your own juices. I shower at starilizing tempratures. I can soak in a hot tub but, I have to check the chemicals first. I wont even start on what you could get from a hot tub ewww
-
showers, i dont have time for baths
-
Shower, haven't you seen the threads made here about peeing in the shower? Lol, yeah I rather stand and shower.
-
I take showers more but on the weekends or a stressful day at work I love to relax in a nice warm bubble bath. It's nice sometimes too when you and your partner can sit in a nice bath with candels and hold eachother. I like baths more, but showers are faster for mornings and etc.
-
To soak in a bath, is good for your soreness, but, to shower is better for cleanliness I prefer a Shower.
-
I prefer to take a shower. To me if you take a bath you're just sitting in water with your own dirt and possibly someone else's if they didn't clean the tub when they were finished. Why bother trying to get clean.
-
I'm spoiled by my shower. It could quite possibly be the thing i miss most when i travel. My shower unleashes this absolute torrent of water on me that does wonders relaxing, massaging, waking me up. Only at the nicest of hotels have I found showers that come close to matching my home shower.
-
The funny thing is I prefer showers, and my man prefers baths.
-
Bath Female
-
Shower I don't like the idea of being in a tub full of the germs you were trying to cleanse yourself of. female
-
Both. I take a shower to get clean, and a bath to relax. I will usually shower before I take a bath; I don't like to sit in a pool of dirty water. Male.
-
Shower. When you take a bath you are soaking in your own filth. If you are taking a bath to relax rather than clean yourself it can be nice, but I always feel like I need a shower after I take a bath. I am a female.
-
I have no choice but to bath.... I would prefer to shower though. I'm female.
-
I like to shower daily. I do like a bath to relax, but I always want to clean the bath first which is not relaxing. Female
-
I like both, but I would rather take a shower. The bathtub in our bathroom isn't even big enough to let a person bathe, its very short(height of the tub). We sort of have that bathtub/shower situation going on. Female.
-
im a female and i prefer both lol. i like showers when i wanna feel really clean and im more in a hurry. i prefer baths when i have the time and when i want to relax. even when i take a bath i still have to turn the shower on after and rinse off otherwise i feel like ive been sitting in my own filth haha im weird
-
Showers for freshening up (I normally have Showers), baths for relaxing. Male.
-
I prefer to shower, although taking a bath is relaxing. I feel cleaner and more energetic after showering though. I'm male.
-
we all prefer showers, but I must admit, a nice bath is in order if I am feeling flu-y. (female here)
-
Showers for me, i don't fit in a bath as i am 6ft3 tall. I am male.
-
Showers for the morning, for waking up and feeling clean. Baths for the evening, for reading, relaxing and company. I am female - but that was probably obvious!
-
Shower. I feel more clean after I shower, usually, and am refreshened. I'm a male.
-
Shower. Male. I dont want to sit in my own dirty water.
-
I am a male who needs a shower with power not a scrub in the tub ...
-
I prefer a bath if I have time. I like to soak. I am a female.
-
shower in the morning ...bath at night ..and I am a female
-
i like the bath! lol because i love just sitting in the WARM water.. Just all relaxed and not having to stand up. But i cant really wash my hair... but hey i like it bettter and my gender is female.
-
I take showers in the morning and when I am in a rush. When I need to unwind and usually only at night I take baths. I am a female.
-
i take showers and i am a female
-
shower. i don't hate baths i just couldn't be bothered. male BTW.
-
male, i shower. bath is like bathing in my own filth as a friend says
-
well im a female and i love taking baths.. but when im at my boyfriends house i take showers.. baths are more relaxing, when you take a shower you got to be standing and that gets me tired..
-
HOT SHOWER. mmm. even though it's 95 degrees outside that still sounds good.
-
Shower, neither hot nor cold but a gentle blend of both, we like to refer to it as warm.
-
A very HOT bath My husband can't even bath with me my water is so hot.
-
Shower - Hot
-
Hot Shower. Unfortunately when you leave the shower it gets cold again.
-
Bath or shower hot. I love hot water, and I hate bathing and showering. It seems like such a damn waste of time. It only remotely feels good for the first 10 minutes before my water heater dies and makes the water cold.
-
Hot shower. I don't care much for baths (or "stewing in my own filth", as Chandler put it on Friends)
-
A hot bath with lots of bubbles
-
shower usually an occassional bath is okay for the most part a warm shower but cold showers are nice on occassions too
-
Shower, hot. :D
-
Hot shower! feels goood~
-
Bath and hot.
-
Shower only because I don't seem to fit in the bath like I used to. I need a jacuzzi tub!
-
Shower. It's faster and our bathtub just isn't long enough.
-
Bath, I don't have a shower.
-
Shower. I lived in an old, old farmhouse (not a nice one, a dump) and all it had was a bath tub in a cramped bathroom no bigger than a closet, literally. I love my roomy showers now!
-
I prefer a shower 99.9 percent of the time, however, if I have a lot of extreme muscle soreness from working out or sports or whatever, or if my skin gets really dry in the winter time, I'll take a bath instead.I usually don't like a bath because soap film mixes in the water and I don't feel like I rinse totally clean, like a soap film remains on my skin. I hate that. I like to be "Squeaky Clean" you could say.
-
i prefer baths, but take showers more often because they are faster. i shower to get clean and bathe to relax (with bubbles). also, it's not as convient to wash my hair when taking a bath.
-
Bath, because I can relax back and enjoy candle lightings and soft bubble bath soap.
-
shower if i'm really gross or muddy or if i need to wash my hair bath if i'm cold or just want to relax
-
Both, I shower every day but take a bath about three times a week to relax in and soothe my muscles.
-
Generally I'm more of a bath person, but I rarely have the time for a proper bath, so I do tend to shower more often just for general hygiene purposes.
-
BATH!!
-
Shower. I'm not much of a relaxing in the tub person. I relax on my bed if I need to.
-
SHOWERS USUALLY, BUT SOME EVENINGS FEEL BETTER WITH A RELAXING BATH. BUT FOR THE MOST PART I AM A SHOWER PERSON.
-
claw foot bath person.
-
Iam a shower person, i only take baths wen im sick so i dont have to stand up or wen i just want to relax. But im a mainly shower person...
-
Shower, THEN bath. That way you are not bathing in your own body dirt.
-
In the morning I prefer a shower but at night I prefer a bath.
-
I haven't taken a bath since I was 10. Showers are the best. It's all that negative ion flow creating a soothing sensation as the water hits my back and neck.
-
Haa comfortable shower.
-
Shower all the way
-
What's the difference? You'll still come out fresh 'n' clean in the end.. :D
-
I enjoy both. Bath after a long hard day at work, shower when your in a rush and you wanna do you hair :)
