You'd just have dirty mud with a little bit of soap in it, and dirty soap with a little bit of mud on it.
the soap would be dirty....but just because there is soap on something doesn't mean that it is clean...
Mud is dirt, and dirty is the adjective from the noun "dirt." So much is always dirty.
Soap itself doesn't make anything clean. All that soap does is to make water wetter by reducing its surface tension. It's the water that makes things clean.
So the soap is dirty, and the mud is not clean.
When we talk about "good clean dirt" we mean a nice sandy loam that doesn't stick to things like mud with clay does.
Q for you...what does this has to do with life and society?
