Yes - but not just for a diet, its for the rest of your life. What you need to do is buy the book on the fab diet called "The South Beach Diet", which is centered around low Glycemic Index eating, altough its about much more aswell. Its easy to read, follow and understand and you'll learn about your body, digestion and other health issues that affect most people in modern living (e.g. probably everyone who reads this site). You'll be shocked at some of the revelations in this book about our food.

I'm now on the last stage of the diet and for the FIRST time in my life, I've lost real weight and I keep losing it. I don't feel hungry and BEST OF ALL, the food cravings that got me big and kept me big most of my life have all but vanished.

The book is around $10, but it's value to me and to anyone who follows it, is priceless.
