The problem that I have is my Grandmother passed away. My Mom and her ran a business. My Grandmother remarried some years ago. She left my mom as trustee of the business, but the business contract says her shares revert to the partner (her husband). My mom and Grandmother were very close. Her Husband doesn't like my mom. So far he's taken all her jewlery and given it to his daughter. Changed the locks on my mothers home and locked my mom out of everything. My mom don't have so much as a hat that belonged to her mother. What can be done?
