Why don't color sprinkles include chocolate?

    Most people want all chocolate when they ask for chocolate sprinkles. Therefore, when they just say sprinkles they don't expect chocolate.

    black is not a colour exactly, white reflects all light, black absorbs all light, red objects absorb all light but red wavelengths (that's the shorthand type of answer). But you are right those damn sprinkles should have chocolate and its just not right to marginalize black. Are we entering some sort of culinary apartheit?
